Are Menagerie Cosmetics products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During new collection launches or sales, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or duties.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment queue. We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications, but please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Are your eyeshadow palettes safe for sensitive eyes?
Our formulas are designed with high-quality pigments; however, we always recommend performing a patch test and reviewing the full ingredient list provided on each product page if you have specific sensitivities.
