At Menagerie Cosmetics, we strive for perfection in every palette and pigment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, items that have been swatched, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to our studio safely and undamaged.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
